Welcome to Alpha Academy Softball, where passion meets performance. We’re a dedicated travel softball organization committed to developing strong, confident athletes both on and off the field. Our mission is to provide a competitive and supportive environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game. With experienced coaches, a family-first culture, and a focus on fundamentals, we strive to help each player reach their full potential—whether it’s earning a college scholarship or simply becoming the best version of themselves.

Our Story

Three years ago, former collegiate softball player Jess Osborne turned her passion for the game into a mission—to create a place where young athletes could grow, compete, and thrive without financial barriers. That vision became reality with the launch of our travel softball organization.

Founded on the belief that every kid deserves the chance to play competitive softball, we provide high-level coaching, player development, and tournament experiences at an affordable cost. What started as a small team with big dreams has grown into a thriving community of dedicated players, families, and coaches who share a love for the game and a commitment to each other.
